California Proposition 65 Warning. Motor vehicles may contain fuels, oils and fluids, battery posts, terminals, and related accessories which contain lead and lead compounds and other chemicals identified by the State of California to potentially cause cancer, birth defects, and other reproductive harm. These chemicals are found in vehicles, vehicle parts and accessories, both new, used and replacements. During maintenance, these vehicles generate used oil, waste fluids, grease, fumes, and particulates all identified by the State of California to potentially cause cancer, birth defects and other reproductive harm.

We are posting this Notice in accordance with Proposition 65 and California Health and Safety Code Section 25249.5, et seq.

California Transparency In Supply Chains Act. California SB 657. METrans, LLC and Metransport, Inc. (collectively, “Metrans”) are committed to fair employment practices and to following applicable employment law, including laws prohibiting child or forced labor, in all locations where we have operations. Metrans requires its employees to comply with its Business Conduct Guidelines. Metrans does not currently: (1) prescribe a code of conduct for suppliers and other business partners which requires compliance with laws that prohibit harassment, employment discrimination, human trafficking and child or forced labor; (2) engage in verification of product supply chains to evaluate and address risks of human trafficking and slavery; (3) conduct audits of suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with Metrans standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains; (4) require direct suppliers to certify that materials incorporated into their products comply with the laws regarding slavery and human trafficking of the country or countries in which they are doing business; (5) maintain internal accountability standards and procedures for employees or contractors failing to meet Metrans standards regarding slavery and human trafficking; or (6) provide employees and management, who have direct responsibility for supply chain management, training on human trafficking and slavery.
